— Is the fan culture in North America and Russia very different?
– It’s different, yes. There are no fan sectors in North America like there are here. The atmosphere during matches is therefore different. I really like being here because this type of support is typical of football and I’m a big fan of it. When fans throughout the stadium sing songs, support various chants… that doesn’t happen in North America,” Sport24 quotes Comtois as saying.
