— Pavel Datsyuk was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame. You played with him in Detroit. What do you remember about him?
— A great player and, above all, a good person who always knew how to help and lead the team. One of the best players who ever lived.
– Do you remember a story about him? Maybe he had superstitions?
“I don’t remember, he had his own routine.” Congratulations to him, he did well, he deserves it with his career! — Marchenko told Metaratings.ru.
Datsyuk twice won the Stanley Cup with Detroit and the Gagarin Cup with SKA. With the Russian national team, the striker won gold at the 2018 Olympics, bronze at the 2002 Games, gold at the 2012 World Championships, silver at the 2010 World Cup and two bronze medals at the World Championships (2005, 2016).
