Falcon snatched victory from Kremenchug V Ukrainian hockey championship – 4:3.
The Kiev team took the lead in the first period, Timofey Savitsky converted the majority. In the second 20 minutes, Maxim Zherebko and Vadim Mazur increased the home team’s advantage to a large one.
Kremenchug pulled one goal back in the eighth minute of the third period, Denis Matusevich scored. Three and a half minutes later, Bogdan Serednitsky scored the second goal on the power play, and then Evgeniy Abadzhyan equalized the score. However, in the 57th minute of the meeting, Vasily-Yuriy Kachan scored the winning goal for the Kiev team.
Sokol is third in the championship with ten points after six games. Kremenchuk has nine points and is in fourth place.
