Winner of the Gagarin Cup Mikhail Anisine noted the contribution of the head coach of SKA Romain Rotenberg in the development of Russian hockey.
In October, former Dynamo hockey player Anisin became a development coach for the SKA Junior team. Rotenberg is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SKA, First Vice-President of the FHR, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the KHL.
— You now work as a development coach at SKA-Junior. What are your impressions of the first month of working in the team?
— I take a lot of pleasure in my work, I develop the guys, I pass on my experience. The club has excellent infrastructure, plenty of ice, an excellent gym and shooting range. In general, the SKA system contains everything necessary for the development of guys, and not only the main team, but also the VHL, MHL, SKA Academy and Red Machine Junior teams. The way Roman Rotenberg devotes himself to his work, everything he does for hockey in Moscow and St. Petersburg, probably no one does in Russia,” Anisin said, as quoted by RB Sport.
