Defender Lukasz Klok terminated the contract with “Neftekhimik” for family reasons, said club general director Igor Larionov.
On Thursday, Neftekhimik, by agreement of the parties, terminated the contract with the Czech defender.
— Unfortunately, Lukasz Klok leaves our club. I would like to point out that the reason for his departure is a family situation. The day before we had a long conversation with Lukash and realized that we had to grant his request. At the same time, we have agreed that the sporting rights remain our property.
While playing in Neftekhimik, Klok was an important part of our team, he enjoyed great respect among his colleagues and the love of fans.
We thank Lukash for his work, professionalism and dedicated play within our team. We wish him good luck, success and hope that everything goes well for him! — The club’s press service quotes Larionov.
Klok joined Neftekhimik in 2021 and played 136 games for the team, scoring 67 (9+58) points.
