Athletistic / Hockey Team Canada beat Finland in the World Youth Championship final, which ended in Edmonton (3:2 OT).

The main time of the match ended in a draw 2:2. The victory of the “maple leaves” brought a goal from Kent Johnson in the 4th minute of overtime. Forward “Columbus” took the puck in front of the opposing goal, beat the goalkeeper and sent the puck to the rebounding target of the Finns defender.

Recall that the tournament was originally scheduled to be held from December 26, 2021 to January 5, 2022, but was interrupted due to an outbreak of the omicron strain of the coronavirus pandemic.
