Athletistic / Hockey Canadian striker Gareth Hunt is back at Kunlun Red Star, according to the Chinese club’s telegram channel.

It is reported that the 34-year-old tough guy has signed a one-year contract with the KHL club. The agreement will be bilateral.

Hunt has already featured for Kunlun in the 2019-20 season, making 28 appearances with one assist and 63 penalty minutes. And following the match against Torpedo in December 2019, the Chinese Canadian was suspended for 5 matches.

Last season, Hunt played for Romanian club Corona Brasov. In 39 games, the forward scored 49 (21+28) points with 152 penalty minutes.
