Athletistic / Hockey Vancouver Canucks Russian forward Vasily Podkolzin has been traded to the Abbotsford Canucks farm club in the AHL, reports Championat.com citing the Canadian club’s Twitter account.

Also, in addition to Podkolzin, goaltenders Spencer Martin and Arthur Shilov, as well as forward William Lockwood, were transferred to the AHL. Forwards Nick Petan and Sheldon Drys were drafted for a waiver to re-sign with the farm club.

In the NHL regular season this season, Vasily Podkolzin played 79 games for Vancouver, in which he scored 26 (14 + 12) points.
