The league’s 10 highest paid players aged 35 and over also included: Joe Pavelski (37, Dallas Stars; $5.5 million), Ryan Suter (37, Dallas Stars; $3.65 million ), Mark-André Fleury (37, Minnesota Wild; $3.5 million). million), Jeff Carter (37, Pittsburgh Penguins; $3.125 million), Patrice Bergeron (36, Boston Bruins; $2.5 million), Mike Smith (40, Edmonton Oilers; 2.2 million) and Alex Goligoski (36, Minnesota Wild; $2 million).
