“Match TV” will host a special on Super Series-72

On Friday, the federal television channel will broadcast three programs dedicated to the 1972 Super Series, when the USSR national ice hockey team met the Canadian team.

The guests of the show “There is a theme!” will talk about the legendary confrontation, the live broadcast of which begins at 11:30 a.m. (Moscow time). From 12:40 p.m. on the channel, attend the release of the program “Faces of the Country. National hockey team of the USSR”, and at 13:00 a special program about the Super Series-72 will begin, the guests of which will be the participants of the matches Alexander Yakushev Vyacheslav Anisin and Yuri Lyapkin.

Super Series USSR – Canada 1972 – a series of 8 friendly hockey matches between the teams of the two countries. The first four matches were held in Canada, the next four – in Moscow. The Canadian team won 4, the USSR – 3, one meeting ended in a draw.
