Ukraine U-18 beat Austria in the Ice Hockey World Cup, but did not improve in class

The Ukrainians stopped one step away from the coveted first place in the competitions in Division 1B.

Ukraine’s youth hockey team failed to thrive in class. The Blue-Yellows finished the World Championship in Division 1B with a tremendous victory over Austria 12: 4.

However, the hosts of the tournament – Italy, who lost 0: 5 in the final against Hungary, allowed the latter to take first place and get a ticket to a higher division. Second is Ukraine.

The performance of Ukrainian hockey players is remarkable: 30 goals in five matches.
