Stützle signed an eight-year, $66 million contract with the Ottawa Flames.

Offensive Tim Stuetzle signed a new long-term contract with “Ottawa” according to the team’s press office.

The agreement will come into effect next season and will last for eight years. The total amount of the transaction amounts to 66.8 million dollars.

In 2020, Stützle was selected third overall by Ottawa’s NHL Entry Draft. Last season he played 79 games for the club, in which he scored 58 (22+36) points.
