Kravets joined the coaching staff Dmitry Ryabykin as an assistant coach. In this position, he replaced the one who left Avangard Konstantin Kurachev .

As an assistant coach, Kravets worked at SKA and Sochi, and the 58-year-old specialist also managed Vityaz and Amur.
