InPost has decided not to renew its sponsorship deal with the Polish Football Association (PZPN), which expired on July 31, ending a partnership that began in 2022. The agreement had provided PZPN with about 10 million zlotys a year.
PZPN may face further financial trouble, as Sportmarketing reports that the federation's deal with general sponsor Grupa Orlen will also expire soon. InPost is now shifting its focus to Ekstraklasa, Poland's top football league, becoming an official partner of the competition this season.
Brzoska's statement
InPost founder Rafał Brzoska announced the end of the PZPN partnership and the start of the Ekstraklasa collaboration on X. He thanked PZPN for their shared goals and partnership, wishing the federation success. Brzoska said an especially exciting last Ekstraklasa season had prompted InPost to open a new chapter, adding that building the strength of club football was still a way of supplying talent to the national team, and that InPost had supported and would continue supporting Polish football in many ways.
InPost's partnership with PZPN had covered the senior men's and women's national teams as well as youth squads, with the company's logo appearing on training kits and advertising boards.
