Three-time Olympic synchronized swimming champion Alla Shishkina told that she had been offered a job in China, saying she turned down the offer due to competition with that country’s team.
– After the Olympics, I was offered to work in China. I refused because they are our main competitors on the world stage. They offered money and good terms, but I decided I wouldn’t go,” Shishkina told .
Earlier, Dmitry Guberniev, commenting on on the departure of the five-time Olympic champion from the country Anastasia Davydova , said many synchronized swimmers have been offered to work overseas. The journalist stressed that it was necessary to prepare for the departure of specialists to other countries.
Shishkina is Olympic champion in group exercises (2012, 2016 and 2020).
