Main coach Rukh Leonid Kuchuk commented on the fight with Veres in the fifth round UPL.
“We have a very young team, today there were 8 players on the field who played for the U-19s last or this season. I want to thank the young players for their confident performance against one of the leaders of the championship. Yes, there were mistakes, but we looked very good against Veres.”
“Rivne residents have a very fighting team. It will be very difficult for any team to play at this stadium.

Rukh tied with Veres (2:2). The Lviv team played twice during the match.
Recall that the Veres-Rukh match was the first official match at the Avangard stadium in Rivne after more than a 5-year break, which was associated with the reconstruction of the arena.
After this draw, Veres had 10 points, and Wirth’s team equaled Kolos and Shakhtar in terms of points, closing the top three. Rukh now has four points and 11th place in the table.
In the sixth round, on October 7, Veres will host Metalist at home. Rukh will play Dynamo away on October 9.
