The functionary had an important conversation with the Ukrainian boxer.
Egis Klimas, manager of WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight title holder Oleksandr Usyk, shared his opinion about a possible fight between his ward and WBC world champion Tyson Fury.
According to the functionary, the Ukrainian already has an alternative if the Briton refuses.
“The fight with Wilder is very possible. Usyk actually called and said:” If Fury is not available, if we can’t fight him, I want to fight Deontay Wilder.
