Ukrainian women’s volleyball team qualified for the qualifying tournament Olympics 2024 in Paris.
The Ukrainian team has risen by two lines in the world ranking and occupies the 24th position. The national teams of Croatia and Cameroon, which were ahead of the Ukrainians, lost their positions after the first stage of the 2022 World Cup, which pushed Ukraine up.
The qualifying tournament for the Olympics-24 will be formed according to the world ranking after the end of the World Cup, the first 24 teams receive tickets. 16 teams that are above the Ukrainians made their way to the second round of the ES, respectively, the rivals standing below will not be able to improve their positions.
Earlier it was reported that the men’s team of Ukraine will take part in the qualification for the Olympics in Paris for the first time. Qualifying tournaments will be held in September and October 2023.
