– If your athlete’s parents say: “Evgeny Viktorovich, I’m sorry, but we want to change the nationality”, what will you do?
I have no slavery. I did not sign contracts, agreements that they skate for the Russian Federation. We have contracts stipulating that they are skaters from the Plushenko Academy: we help them, we finance them. We have no other contracts.
