Athletistic/ Figure Skating. As previously reported, double Olympic champion Evgeni Plushenko ironically said that his main sporting rival, Alexei Yagudin, does not know how to skate.
The famous Tatyana Tarasova, under whose supervision Yagudin trained, reacted to Plushenko’s remark.
– Yagudin can’t skate? What? Let Plushenko push his opinion in one place,” said Tarasova dryly, whom reporters “forgot” to warn that Plushenko’s remark was made in an ironic form.
Plushenko declined to comment on Tarasova’s words.
– Alright Alright. God, I don’t even want to comment on that, ha ha,” Plushenko said as quoted by Sport24.
