Alexey Novikov won another international tournament.
Ukrainian strongman Oleksiy Novikov won the title of strongest man in Europe.
Our athlete competed in Leeds (Great Britain).
Novikov was able to win two workouts out of five, allowing him to win the tournament. Alexey took first place with 52 points.

Second place was taken by Scottish representative Luke Stoltman, and Georgian Konstantin Janashia closed out the top three.
It is noteworthy that the second Ukrainian Pavel Kordiak also performed in the tournament. He scored 37 points, which allowed him to be in fourth position.
It is noteworthy that at the awards ceremony, Novikov asked those present to observe a minute of silence for all those who died in the war in Ukraine.
