At the end of May, Talalaikina took to social media to support figure skater Elizaveta Nugumanova, who worked for Rukavitsyn, and spoke about the insults she allegedly received in her coach’s group.
Earlier, a source from RIA Novosti Sport said that Talalaykina asked Rukavitsyn to bring her back to the squad.
– Yes, Talalaikina expressed his desire to train again in my group. I agreed. She will play for Russia. His training process will be handled by Galina Kashina, Rukavitsyn told RIA Novosti Sport.
Talalaikina, 20, is the 2020 Russian Cup bronze medalist, she finished second in the Nice Cup international tournament in the 2017/18 season.
