The prohibition for judges to receive remuneration is enshrined in the Code of Ethics of the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR).
Previously, the FFKKR approved the organization’s code of ethics. The document contains general rules of conduct and principles of professional ethics, including for athletes and coaches. The corresponding document dated September 26 was signed by FFKKR Chairman Alexander Gorshkov.
– Sports judges are prohibited from receiving remuneration from natural and legal persons in connection with the performance of official duties (gifts, monetary awards, loans, services, payment for entertainment, leisure, transport costs and other remuneration), indicates the document.
Earlier, learned that Russian figure skating judges have been denied advanced training by the International Skating Union and deprived of the opportunity to hold desired positions.
