14 teams will take part in the CS:GO tournament
The sixth season of the tournament CS:GO among youth teams WePlay Academy League — will be held online from October 10 to November 20.
14 esports organizations will take part in the tournament, which will be divided into two groups of seven teams. The group winners will advance directly to the playoffs, while the 2nd-4th place teams will compete for the remaining two tickets to the final stage at the Gauntlet stage.
The following will compete for the victory at WePlay Academy League Season 6: OG Academy, Apeks Rebels, FURIA Academy, NAVI Junior, Fnatic Rising, BIG. OMEN Academy, 00Prospects, Spirit Academy, YN.GamerPay, mouz NXT, Astralis Talent, ENCE Academy, MIBR Academy and Flames Ascent.
The group stage of the sixth season of the WePlay Academy League will be played on October 10-28, the Gauntlet stage will be played on October 29-30. The playoffs will be held November 18-20. The total prize fund of the tournament is $100,000.
The current winner of the WePlay Academy League is Fnatic Rising, which won the fifth season of the tournament. Four times the tournament was won by mouz NXT.
