From now on, they will only be able to go abroad if they provide a letter of guarantee that they are not among those likely to be mobilized. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Odes Baysultanov.
“The commission has decided that departures of national teams outside the country can only be agreed with a letter of guarantee stating that the team does not have people subject to partial mobilization, as well as with the confirmation of safe movement of athletes,” Baysultanov wrote on his Telegram channel.
