Cyclist Smirnov won the elimination race in the Czech Republic, Sharapov won the 1000m

European Games Medalist Ivan Smirnov won an elimination race at the Russian Track Cycling Championship in St. Petersburg.

Vlas Shichkin became the second, Nikita Bersenev – the third.

In women, Alina Moiseyeva won, the second was Belarusian cyclist Anna Terekh, the third – Evgenia Mudraya.

Terekh won the scratch, her teammate Alina Korotkina was second and Russia’s Valeria Zakharkina was third. Among men, Grigory Skornyakov won in this discipline, Evgeny Korolek (Belarus) became the second, Sergey Malnev – the third.

Alexander Sharapov won the 1000m classification round with 1:00.413, followed by Dmitry Nesterov with 1:01.988. Bronze medal for Nikita Kalashnik – 1.02.050.

In the women’s round, Yana Burlakova won on the spot – 33.596, silver – Natalia Antonova – 33.848, bronze – Polina Vashchenko – 34.102.
