Real Madrid player wins best player award for sixth time in 10 years
Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema became the owner Golden Ball 2022.
Liverpool striker Sadio Mane finished second. Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has been ranked third on the 2022 list of the best players in the world.
The Real Madrid player receives the award for the best player in the world for the sixth time in the last ten years. Before Benzema, Croatian midfielder Luka Modric and Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who was recognized as the best on the planet four times, received the trophy.
Benzema has won the Champions League, Spanish Championship, European Super Cup this year. The striker has scored 44 goals for Real Madrid in all competitions in the 2021/22 season and scored five goals for Real Madrid in the autumn part of the new season.
Madrid are in the lead in the Example and have secured access to the playoffs of the Champions League.
