s1mple extended his contract with NAVI for three years

A well-known Ukrainian esportsman has been playing for Born to Win since 2016

Ukrainian esports organization Natus Vincere announced the extension of the contract with the leader of the CS:GO Alexander “s1mple” Kostylev. The Ukrainian esportsman has signed a new agreement for three years.

s1mple became a NAVI player on August 4, 2016. Together with the Ukrainian team, he became the winner of the CS:GO Major for the first time in his career by winning the PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

NAVI and s1mple also won a number of major tournaments, including ESL One: New York 2016, ESL One: Cologne 2018, BLAST Premier: Global Final 2020, BLAST Premier: World Final 2021 and others. Last year, Born to Win won the third season of the Intel Grand Slam.

s1mple was named the best player in the world by HLTV twice – in 2018 and 2021. Kostylev also won a record 21 MVP titles.

The next tournament for NAVI will be IEM Rio Major 2022, which will be held in Brazil from October 31 to November 13.
