Ukrainian Pavel Korostylev won gold in World Cup 2022 in shooting from a standard small-caliber pistol at 25 meters.
This is Pavel’s second personal award at the tournament. Earlier, Korostylev won a bronze medal in 10m air pistol shooting.
Another award was added to the collection of the Ukrainian team Sergei Kulish and Daria Tikhova in mixed competitions. The duo won silver medals in the 50m prone shooting.
Ukraine has five medals. Earlier, Viktor Bankin was third in the 50m pistol shooting, while Ivan Tkalenko, Aleksey Vyatchin and Daniil Grinik in the team became silver medalists in the rifle (50m in three positions).
The 2022 World Shooting Championship takes place in Cairo from 12 to 25 October.
