Midfielder wants to play in one of the top championships
Midfielder Dynamo Nikolai Shaparenko spoke about his relationship with the president of Kiev, Igor Surkis, and the possible departure from the camp of the white and blue.

“Yes, it is important for me that Dynamo earn on my transfer. Dynamo gave me this football life, the national team and the Champions League. I really want to thank them for what they did for me. I will only be happy if the club pays Dynamo for me.
Shaparenko has been a Dynamo player since the summer of 2015. As part of the Kyivans, the midfielder won the Ukrainian Super Cup three times, the National Cup twice, and in the 2020/21 season he became the champion of Ukraine.
This season, Shaparenko has played nine matches for Dynamo in all competitions, in which Nikolai provided one assist. The midfielder is currently recovering from cruciate ligament surgery.
Mircea Lucescu’s team is in eighth place in the UPL standings. In the Europa League, the people of Kiev lost in four matches of the group stage.
