Athletistic/ Figure Skating. Former RUSADA deputy director Margarita Pakhnotskaya answered the question on how fans can find out the verdict in the case of 16-year-old figure skater Kamila Valieva.
Earlier, RUSADA announced that the case was confidential.
“When will the decision be known? It will be reported either by the athlete herself or by her representative,” Pakhnotskaya told Match TV.
Valieva was accused of violating anti-doping rules during the 2022 Olympics. In Beijing, the athlete helped the Russian figure skating team win gold, but the awards ceremony never occurred. The investigation into the case is not yet complete.
