On May 16, it became known that Russia and Belarus were not allowed to participate in the tender for the presentation of the 2026 Winter Olympics and the 2028 Summer Olympics.
The 2026 Winter Olympics will take place in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo from February 6 to 22. The 2028 Summer Olympics will take place in Los Angeles, USA from July 21 to August 6.
