Russian Daniel Marinov won five gold medals at the “Sports Glory Tournament” in artistic gymnastics in Mogilev.
Marinov won the all-around, rings, uneven bars, crossbar and vault.
Marinov’s compatriot Ivan Zavrichko was second in the all-around, Yegor Sharamkov of Belarus took third.
Mukhammajon Yakubov (Russia) became the second in the exercises on the rings, Svyatoslav Dranitsky (Belarus) – the third. On vault, the same Yakubov again won silver, Belarusian Egor Sharamkov won bronze. Sergey Naidin (Russia) is on uneven bars and Alexey Seleznev (Belarus) is on third. Silver in the exercises on the crossbar went to Zavrichko, bronze to Dranitsky.
Kirill Prokopiev excelled in floor exercises for men, Yakubov again became the second, Sharamkov – the third.
In the horse competition, gold went to Sergei Naidin, second place to Kirill Gashkov (both from Russia) and third place to Daniil Grigorchuk (Belarus).
The women’s jumping tournament was won by Amira Botasheva, second was Elizaveta Us (both from Russia), third was Kira Mironchik (Belarus).
Diana Kustova (Russia) was the best on uneven bars, horizontal bar and floor exercises.
Elena Titovets (Belarus) won silver in the uneven bars exercise, Botasheva became the bronze medalist. In the exercises on the crossbar, Us won silver, Anna Esipova (Russia) won bronze. We also took second place in floor exercises, Botasheva – third.
The Mogilev tournament ended on Thursday.
