Athletistic/ Figure Skating. Russian figure skater Alina Zagitova shared how her morning is going.
The athlete suspended her career in December 2019. For the third consecutive season, she hosts the show Ice Age.
“To come on the morning air, I woke up at 7 o’clock. Usually around 9-10 o’clock, but that’s too early for me. I’m the type of person who likes, like everyone, no doubt , sleep longer.”
Now I don’t eat breakfast, even though I used to eat breakfast. Turns out I didn’t want to. I used to think that food helps, gives strength. It turned out not,” Zagitova said on Channel One’s Dreamallion TV show.
