Ukrainian striker can improve his form during a pause in the Belgian championship
Brugge head coach Karl Hoefkens said that the Ukrainian striker Roman Yaremchuk maybe improve your shape during the 2022 World Cup.
“Of course, I had a dissatisfaction with the game of Roman, but I notice his enthusiasm and desire to succeed at the club. In this sense, it will be a positive thing that he can start from scratch during the pause in the Belgian championship associated with the 2022 World Cup. He will be able to further prepare tactically and gain new momentum in his game.”
Yaremchuk was not included in the team’s squad for the match with Oostende (4:2) in the 15th round of the Župile League. It was reported that the striker has no health problems and his absence from the field is only a coaching decision.
Later, Yaremchuk came on as a substitute in the 87th minute in the match of the sixth round of the Champions League group stage against Bayer (0:0).
Yaremchuk’s €16 million transfer was the most expensive transfer for Brugge in the club’s history. The attacker played 10 matches for the Blue-and-Blacks in the fall, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
Brugge are third in the Jupilé League with 32 points. November 6 Brugge will play against Gent.
