Figure skater Elizaveta Tuktamysheva was able to win the Russian Figure Skating Grand Prix in Moscow thanks to her talent and vast experience, the Olympic figure skating champion told Alexei Yagudine .
Tuktamysheva became the winner of the fourth stage of the Russian Grand Prix series on Sunday (234.63 points). Second place was taken by Muscovite Sofia Muravieva (230.56). Bronze stage – another figure skater from Moscow Sofya Akatieva (225.37).
– Today was a rather difficult day for the women in the free program. It turns out that out of 12 participants, only two girls who took the last places skated without falling. Tuktamysheva, Akatieva and Muravyova fought for the podium today. We have seen that Lisa’s many years of experience and talent have won out. Akatyeva couldn’t deal with excitement, Muravyova couldn’t avoid mistakes either, and Tuktamysheva coped better with composure, moderation and understanding of the general process,” Yagudin told TV game.
