The former first racket of Ukraine Serhiy Stakhovsky officially ended his professional career as a tennis player.
The Ukrainian athlete took part in a solemn event at the final ATP tournament in Turin.
It is noteworthy that Stakhovsky ended his career on January 13 this year, but he came to the final ATP tournament in Turin, where he retired.
“This is not how I thought the end of my career would be. But the new circumstances forced all of us, Ukrainians, to unite and do our best for our success.
Turin is yellow and blue today in the last ATP tournament. I thank the command of the National Guard of Ukraine for the opportunity to be here. Thank you to all Ukrainians for your courage. Glory to Ukraine. Glory to the Nation,” Stakhovsky wrote.
