Svitolina’s charity gala dinner in Monaco raised 170,000 euros for generators for Ukraine

Former first racket of Ukraine Elina Svitolina spent charity gala dinner in Monaco. During the event, 170 thousand euros were collected for generators for Ukrainian hospitals.

The event in Monaco, organized by the Svitolina Charitable Foundation, was attended by famous Ukrainian athletes Andriy Shevchenko, Lesya Tsurenko, Marta Kostyuk, four-time NBA champion Tony Parker, singer Oleg Skrypka. Among the lots were a fleece and a Ukrainian flag autographed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

Svitolina is an ambassador of the UNITED24 platform, created to provide financial assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, civilians, as well as to restore Ukraine from the consequences of Russian military aggression.

The other day, Elina and other UNITED 24 ambassadors Oleksandr Usyk and Andriy Shevchenko met with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. It should be noted that Usyk transferred $50,000 for the purchase of additional generators to Ukrainian hospitals.
