The Olympic fencing champion commented on his performance at the Italian Grand Prix.
Despite losing in the 1/8 finals at the Italian Grand Prix, Olga Harlan enjoyed her performance in the tournament. The 2008 Olympic champion himself announced this on his social network page.
According to the Ukrainian fencer, now he is going through a difficult time, like the whole country, but he believes in a quick victory over the invaders.
“Top 16 now at the Grand Prix. Feeling much lighter after returning to competition, fencing, passion. We want to say a big thank you for what this tournament has made possible for us
Now is the hardest time for me, on our team, for every Ukrainian athlete, for every Ukrainian. But we try to find light in the darkness. Because we are. We are fighters! And we will be the winner. I never stopped believing in it.
