The Moscow youth swimming team spent the night on a bus outside Kazan airport due to flight problems experienced by many air passengers on December 11 due to weather conditions.
The team took part in the “Youth of Russia” competition, which was part of the third stage of the complex “Friendship Games” competition.
– Representatives of the WFTU were in contact with the Moscow team. They decided to wait for help from Pobeda, who promised to welcome them, but no decision was received within 2-3 hours. Then they decided that it no longer makes sense to go to the hotel,” told the press service of the All-Russian Swimming Federation.
