I usually have a day off on Monday, so Tuesday is my first training day of the week. The day starts around 6:45 am, get up early. At 7:00 am I go for a walk with my dog Lana, who is with me all day Tuesday. After the walk, I prepare breakfast. I will check out and leave the house at 8:30 a.m.,” Trusova wrote.
