How can I prepare for the Russian championship. The first column of Alexandra Trusova

I had many interviews and press conferences. I often answered questions that interested journalists. Now I decided to try to tell what interests me and maybe my fans will be interested.

I would like to begin my activity as a columnist on the site with a description of a day of preparation for the Russian Championship. Let me tell you about Tuesday.

I usually have a day off on Monday, so Tuesday is my first training day of the week. The day starts around 6:45 am, get up early. At 7:00 am I go for a walk with my dog Lana, who is with me all day Tuesday. After the walk, I prepare breakfast. I put away my luggage and leave at 8:30.

Training starts at 9:00 a.m. The first hour is choreography. At this time, Lana is also in the hall and sometimes even performs tasks!

Then a thirty-minute break and at 10:30 a.m. I go out on the ice, and Lana spends that time in the medical room. There she behaves calmly, because with her there is a nurse and masseuse Julia, as well as many children who come for surgery. Kids love Lana, and Lana loves people’s attention.

The duration of work on ice is 1h45. 15-20 minutes of driving with Vitaly Yurievich Butikov. I spend five minutes bandaging my skates – due to an injury suffered last year, my right leg periodically goes numb – then I learn the tasks of Svetlana Vladimirovna Sokolovskaya. I practice the jumps for 40 to 50 minutes. I note that with the new technical staff, I practice almost all the jumps (except the jump) in music. If necessary, you can ask Stanislav Vladimirovich Zakharov to jump on a fishing rod. He also films each jump to watch the replay and sort out the errors. After completing the missions, I practice rotations with Lilia Airatovna Biktagirova. At the end I have a ten minute seam with Vitaly Yurievich.

After a two-hour break during which I have lunch and rest. Well, Lana is resting with me.

At 1:30-1:45 p.m. warm up 30-40 minutes before the second ice (time may vary – sometimes I go on the ice earlier, sometimes later). In the second training, a little less rolling, but more work on jumps and programs. In the morning I most often work on a short program, in the evening – on a free program. Also in the evening, Nikita Mikhailov can come, we develop 30 to 40 minute programs with him or put on a show. Sometimes Ivan Bukin comes, with him I also practice gliding and programs. I recently tried to train with Vanya, and it is a very interesting experience. The first time I called the coach for you! It was very unusual, sometimes even accidentally turned towards you.

After ice hitch 40 minutes. At the end of the working day, I do physiotherapy and massages. It all ends around 5:30-6:00 p.m.

I get home at 6:30 p.m. Cooking dinner, walking with Lana. Sometimes I watch a movie. Or I’m just on my phone. I go to bed around 11 p.m.

So every Tuesday. Maybe you were interested to know what my day was about, I will wait for your comments – write what you would be interested to know.
