Ukrainian defender Evgeny Khacheridi received compensation from Dynamo Brest after the decision of the sports arbitration court (CAS).
The player was transferred 600 thousand dollars. It is reported that the debt to the Ukrainian footballer was closed by a well-known Brest businessman who was related to both clubs of the Belarusian Premier League – Dynamo Brest and Rukh.
Khacheridi left the Belarusian club in the winter of 2021. Ukrainian defender demanded from Dynamo Brest one million dollars for early termination of the contract. Earlier, the FIFA Chamber of Disputes took the side of the player.
CAS, following a review of the case, changed the amount of payment from the Belarusian club. Lawyers of Dynamo Brest managed to reduce the compensation to 600 thousand dollars.
Evgeny played for Dynamo Brest in the 2020 season. He played in 21 matches for the Brest team in all competitions and won the Belarusian Super Cup with the club.
After leaving Dynamo Brest, Khacheridi remains without a club. In the summer, the defender trained with Desna, but the parties did not sign a contract. The player himself hinted that he was close to the end of his professional career.
