Russian figure skaters took the lead after the men’s, women’s and pairs singles short program at the Russian-Chinese Youth Games in China.
Elizaveta Kulikova won the women’s singles short program with 65.20 points. Second is Taisiya Shcherbinina (55.79), on the third row is Ekaterina Anisimova (50.16).
Grigory Fedorov showed the best result in the short program (73.63), Fedor Zonov became the second (71.80), Nikolai Ugozhaev closed the top three (62.06). Ekaterina Chikmareva and Matvey Yanchenkov (66.98) lead the sports competition in pairs, followed by Elizaveta Osokina and Artem Gritsaenko (66.20).
Dance duos will join the fight on Sunday. The competitions take place in Jilin.
