Russian figure skater Alina Gorbacheva said she wanted to win the Olympics and also suggested what she could do after achieving this dream.
– Where do you see yourself in the future?
“My main goal is to win the Olympics. It’s my dream. And then there are two options for the development of events, I like both. Or I want to become director of programs. I’ve been very mobile since then. “Childhood, I love to dance. Until now, I could just turn on the music and move a little. Sometimes it helps a lot to relax. I want to immerse myself in myself, connect with my body. I really like the jazz lessons, we have them twice a week with Alexei Zheleznyakov. When I dance alone, I feel less constrained. And in training, trying to do everything right, I keep going. So, I don’t even know yet how successful the idea is for me to try my hand at choreography, directing programs.
The second direction in which I would like to try myself is veterinary. I would like to open my own veterinary clinic to help animals,” Gorbacheva said, as quoted by Metaratings.ru.
Gorbacheva made her debut at the Russian Championship in the junior age group in the 2016/17 season, after which she became the seventh. In the 2021/22 season, the 15-year-old figure skater won two Federation Cup stages and took third place in the All-Russian Championship. This season, at the Grand Prix stage in Perm, the figure skater won bronze.
