Minay’s players will return from vacation and gather at the club’s training base on January 14
Mina’s head coach Vladimir Sharan spoke about the winter preparation of his team for the second part of the season. The coach also stressed that he expects a serious increase in the transfer window.
“We are going after vacation on January 14 in Uzhgorod. In a few days we will call at the Camelot hotel complex, where we will prepare for the second round as part of the first pull-in training camp. And then we plan to fly from Budapest to Turkey on January 25. The first of the two training camps planned in this country will take place in Alanya, and the second in Lara.”
“In the interval between them there will be a time-out of several days, but no one will return to Ukraine during this time. Preparations for the spring part of the championship will last on Turkish soil until February 18, during which seven control fights with representatives of different countries are scheduled. Several potential rivals have already confirmed participation in sparring with us. May God grant that everything turns out as we expect. It’s clear that it’s hard to think of something now, but you need to plan.”
“We need strengthening for specific positions, because during the autumn part of the season, as I said, the same guys played in Minay’s roster. Most of all, I was worried about the possible elimination of players from the system, but the circumstances were such that injuries bypassed us. And I would also like the players who were in the reserves and came on as a substitute to work more on themselves and add to their skills.”
Vladimir Sharan’s team finished the autumn part of the season in 13th place with 14 points. In the first match after the break, Minay will play against Lviv on March 4.
