The Miners are expected to take part in a charity tour

“The players received permission to travel to Warsaw to apply for US visas in order to be able to take part in the tour in January-February,” club representatives said.
Earlier it was reported that Shakhtar plans to play a series of matches in the United States in January, among the rivals were called DC United, Inter Miami and Dallas. The miners are planning a US tour to raise funds for families affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Recall that in the summer Shakhtar played a series of charity matches. As part of these matches, the Pitmen drew with Fortuna (3:3) and Utrecht (2:2) and were defeated by Ajax (1:3) and Roma (0:5).
Shakhtar is in second place in the UPL standings, 5 points behind Dnipro-1. In the first match of the second round, the Pitmen will play against Metallist 1925.
