The Russian Cycling Federation (FVSR) has proposed compensation requirements to complete the transition of the world championship medalist Mikhail Yakovlev to the national team of Israel with the possibility of participating in the Olympic Games in Paris.

Yakovlev changed his sports citizenship to Israel, he already competes in international competitions, but approval is required to participate in the Paris Games.
