Russian Archery Federation President Vladimir Yesheev told that he considers the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) statement on the possible admission of Russian athletes to international competitions to be frivolous.
On Wednesday, the IOC said it would consider admitting neutral Russians and Belarusians to world starts who do not actively support the NWO.
