Athletistic/ Figure Skating. Russian figure skater Dmitry Aliev has promised to shave his hair if national athletes are allowed to participate in international tournaments.
– If we are allowed in the world or European championships and I win one of these tournaments, I will shave my head. And if I win the championships in St. Petersburg, I will raze everything here. Points to the beard and mustache. I will provide a photo report,” Aliyev promised, as quoted by Sport24.
In January, IOC officials promised to allow the Russians back on the world stage if they met certain conditions.
